Counseling Services needed for Denton SSLC

The Health and Human Services Commission of Texas is seeking qualified Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs) to provide on-call, as-needed counseling services to residents of the Denton State Supporting Living Center, with services to be delivered throughout the fiscal year beginning September 1, 2026, and continuing through August 31, 2030. Contractors must have demonstrated experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and are required to deliver usual and customary counseling services including mental health assessments for patients referred by HHSC-employed counselors. The contract is structured as an Invitation for Bids under solicitation number HHS0017465, with bids due by July 6, 2026, and must be submitted electronically via the HHS Online Bid Room or email, with no facsimile or late submissions accepted.
