This is a notice of intent that AFLCMC anticipates receiving a quote for the repair of: Basic: Qty 1 EA Countermeasures Signal Processor NSN: 5865-22-605-9875EW for the ALQ-213 Delivery Due: 90 days ARO The approximate RFQ issue date will be 8 April 2016 with an approximate response date of 22 Apr 2016. The proposed contract action is for a repair for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Terma North America INC, Cage Code 4AHH0. Authority: 10U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1), as supplemented by FAR 6.302-1. Responsible sources may submit a capability statement or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
