This sensor is integral to the 154-foot Fast Response Cutter’s refrigerant leak detection system, propulsion control system, and generator set engine exhaust silencer, specifically designed for R134A refrigerant. Each item must comply with MIL-STD-2073-1E method 10 for preservation and packaging, and markings must adhere to MIL-STD-129R and barcode standards as per ISO/IEC-16388-2007, Code 39 symbology. This procurement will be conducted as a combined synopsis/solicitation under FAR Subpart 12.6 for commercial items, employing simplified acquisition procedures (FAR 13.106), with a firm fixed-price contract to be awarded on an all-or-none basis based on the lowest price technically acceptable offer. The solicitation anticipates a non-competitive, sole-source award to Geopal System A/S or their authorized distributors, with no substitutes permitted. Interested parties with the requisite capabilities may submit information and offer within two calendar days of the posting, including an OEM authorization letter. Offerors must be registered in SAM, provide DUNS and TIN numbers, and comply with various FAR clauses addressing contract integrity, labor standards, equal opportunity, Buy American Act requirements, and reporting obligations.
