Solicitation SPE4A7-27-T-3200 is a request for quotations from the DLA Weapons Support ASC Supplier Oper AE and AF Div for 15 grooved clamp couplings, identified as critical application items. The procurement requires adherence to Basic Drawing NR 55820 162402 Revision E and TDP Rev A Gen 1. A critical component of the contract is the First Article Test (FAT), requiring the delivery of one unit to Hill AFB, UT, within 120 calendar days of the contract date for government approval. Manufacturing may require specific casting or forging, and contractors are advised to submit a Casting and Forging Assistance Request if necessary. The contract mandates strict quality and security standards, including CMMC Level 2 certification and compliance with export controls under ITAR and EAR. Inspection and acceptance occur at the origin, utilizing MIL-STD-1916 or ASQ H1331 sampling plans with a zero-non-conformance requirement for acceptance. Packaging must follow RP001 and MIL-STD-129, though item unique identification is not required. Administrative requirements include the use of Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF) for invoicing and strict adherence to the Buy American Act and Berry Amendment. All quotes must be submitted via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS).
