Full Description

The United States District Court for the Southern District of New York seeks to award a revocable, exclusive license to a provider (Licensee) of wired high-speed Internet service for attorneys to use by subscription from the Licensee while doing business in the United States courthouses at 500 Pearl Street, New York, New York, 300 Quarropas Street, White Plains and 25 South Street, Middletown, New York. This license grants the right to the Licensee to supply high speed Internet access for the sole benefit of the attorneys while doing business in the court . Wired Internet services in the Attorneys Lounge will be available as provided under section C.4. . The Licensee shall contract with and charge the users of its services in accordance with the court-approved fee schedule referred to in Section B.1. The Licensee shall provide Internet access to users at no cost to the court. The Licensee's revenue shall be solely based on subscriber fees to the service. The court will not act as agent or provide any support or services in connection with this service, including collecting payment. No services will be provided to the court under this agreement.
