Full Description

This procurement is for the quantity of 105 each of NSN: 5340-01-115-3720, SIKORSKY AIRCRAFT (CAGE: 78286) P/N: 70500-02053-064. This is a COVER, ACCESS item. Drawings are not available. This is an unrestricted procurement. Other than full and open competition applies. It is anticipated that award will be made against a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA), therefore a letter Request For Proposal (RFP) will be issued. If other than the BOA source can meet the Government's needs and can be successfully approved as a source for this item, a formal RFP will be issued and posted on the DIBBS website at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. The Buy American Act applies. This is not a commercial item and will be solicited using FAR 15 procedures. The requested delivery is 245 days. Price, past performance, and delivery will be evaluation factors. FOB Origin and Destination Inspection applies. The solicitation will not become available until after the issue date. All responsible sources can submit an offer for consideration by the agency. The quantity has been revised from 105 each to 130 each. Award will be FOB Origin with Inspection/Acceptance Origin.
