Solicitation # FA930427Q5001A
The Department of the Air Force, Air Force Test Center, intends to award a sole-source, Firm-Fixed-Price Basic Ordering Agreement to Sierra Nevada Company LLC for on-call maintenance and ground relocation support of three Embraer A-29 Super Tucano aircraft stored at Edwards Air Force Base, California. The contract is structured for a three-year period of performance, consisting of one base year and two option years. Performance is based on an as-needed basis with strict response timelines, including acknowledgment of service requests within four hours and on-site arrival for active fuel leaks within one business day. The contractor must provide at least three tow-certified individuals for towing events and submit service reports within two business days of completion. Quality is measured by a 95 percent acceptable quality level for repair completeness and documentation, and a 100 percent standard for safety compliance and tire equivalence.
