AI Contract Overview
Solicitation SPE7L-26-T-10K1 is a request for quotations issued by the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Land and Maritime Land Supply Chain for the procurement of six access covers, identified by NSN 5340-01-579-3595. These items are designated as critical application items and must be delivered FOB Origin to the DLA Distribution DDSP New Cumberland facility in Pennsylvania within 168 days of award, with a required delivery date of March 5, 2027. The procurement is conducted under NAICS 332722 and is open to full and open competition, featuring a price evaluation preference for certified HUBZone small business concerns. The contract imposes stringent quality and security requirements, including mandatory compliance with SAE AS9003 or ISO 9001 standards and CMMC Level 2 self-assessment. Because the items involve export-controlled technical data subject to ITAR or EAR, eligible offerors must possess an approved US/Canada Joint Certification Program (JCP) certification. Additionally, the contractor must adhere to the Buy American Act and Berry Amendment domestic sourcing restrictions. Packaging must comply with MIL-STD-129 and ASTM D3951, while inspection and acceptance will occur at the destination. Invoicing and payment processing are required to be handled through the Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF) system.
