Solicitation SPE7M5-27-T-1975 is a small business set-aside request for quotation issued by the DLA Weapons Support Active Devices Division for the procurement of two antenna support covers, identified by NSN 5985-01-679-2302. The items must be green, color number 34094 per AMS-STD-595, and are subject to strict technical and quality requirements found in the DLA Master List. Delivery is required within 310 days after receipt of the order, with a specified delivery date of September 23, 2027, to the DLA Distribution DDSP New Cumberland facility in Pennsylvania. Inspection and acceptance will occur at the destination. The contract mandates several high-level security and compliance standards, including CMMC Level 2 certification and adherence to DFARS 252.204-7012 for safeguarding covered defense information. Because the item contains technical data subject to ITAR or EAR, export control authorizations are required. Packaging must comply with MIL-STD-2073-1E and RP001, while marking must follow MIL-STD-129. Financial administration will be handled through the Wide Area Workflow system. Additionally, the government will not evaluate offers utilizing additive manufacturing, and a price evaluation preference is granted to certified HUBZone small business concerns.
