See attached bidding guidance for instructions. 3-YEAR CONTRACT. PURPOSE: To establish a blanket purchase order for service and repair (labor/material) and preventative maintenance for three (3) incubators and five (5) centrifuges. During the year the City needs to purchase these services on an as-needed basis. The estimated dollar amount to be spent on this purchase order is: $1,200.00. At no time shall the obligation of the City agency exceed the dollar amount of an associated purchase order. The funds available on the Purchase Order expire on 2/28/2025. Any available funds balance not obligated by the City by means of a Purchase Order on or prior to that date shall be cancelled after that date.
