CPH-Retreat facilitation

This project is to design and facilitate a retreat for the SHP. The Columbus Public Health (CPH) Sexual Health Promotion Supervisors (SHP), consisting of 10 members is vital for the health of the City of Columbus. They aim to improve cohesion, trust, communication, and accountability as they evolve with new leadership during difficult times. A facilitator with public sector experience, particularly in public health, is essential. They must understand organizational culture in mission-driven environments to address CPH's unique challenges and foster team trust. All proposals must be submitted by February 14 at 4:00pm. Proposals received after this date will not be considered. All proposals must be submitted electronically via City of Columbus Vendor Services Portal.
