NASA/GSFC has a requirement for (Quantity of 1) - Duplicate CPL Data System NASA/GSFC intends to purchase the items from Sigma Space. The procurement is for an instrument data system for the CPL family of airborne instruments (functional duplicate of the CPL data system). The data system design and interfaces are proprietary to Sigma Space. Minimum requirements include: -Functional duplicate of CPL instrument control and data system. -Must utilize Sigma Space Corporation multi-channel Scaler Card with up to 8 channels of data throughput -Real-time data link included in system -Power interface compatible with NASA high-altitude aircraft -Compatible with NASA high-altitude aircraft environmental parameters. Delivery schedule shall be on or near September 5, 2016 The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing mail to:contact@example.gov no later than 11:59 p.m. (EST) time on June 13, 2016. Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the government.
