Issue a solicitation for a long-term strategic IAW Basic Drawing NR 81205 5-95689, Revision L NR DTD 11/29/2000, which will include one NSN: 5342-00-326-2299, Crank Assembly. The proposed action is intended to be awarded competitively. This item is solicited as Small Business Set-Aside. Terms are FOB Destination and Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. This item includes: critical application, Export Control, Boeing Right Guard. Right Guard data restrictions apply. Prior to requesting the Rights Guard data, an Annual Certification for the Use of Rights Guard Technical Data must be on file at DLA Aviation, Product Data Management Division(VAB) Attn; Rights Guard Program, Richmond, VA 23297-5604. An Annual Rights Guard Destruction Certification must also be on file if your company has received Rights Guard Data and the time of destruction has passed. This item is a stock item. Requested delivery is 203 Days ARO. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The contract will be effective for Base year period with provisions included to extend the term of the contract up to four (4) options year period. The estimated annual quantity is 189 each per contract period. The contract will include a guaranteed minimum quantity of 47 each (base year only) and a total contract maximum quantity of 1,355 each over the 5 years. The minimum delivery order is 47 each and the maximum delivery order quantity is 189 each. Surge requirements do apply. Deliveries will be to DLA stock locations on the east and west coast. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
