The department of Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada, specifically the Communications Research Centre (CRC) is seeking offers from contractors interested in providing all labour, material, and equipment for the installation of a Building 2B Window Replacement Project as per Specifications and Supplemental Instructions provided to the bidders whom attend the mandatory job showing.The area of work shall be within the National Capital Region, specifically the complex of the Communications Research Centre (CRC) located at 3701 Carling Avenue, Ottawa, ON. The services will be required for a period commencing from contract award to March 31, 2023.A Mandatory Site Visit will be held at the CRC Campus located at 3701 Carling Avenue, Ottawa, ON, on November 15, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time.Bidders who do not attend the mandatory site visit cannot submit a tender.Bidders that are planning to participate in this Site Visit are asked to email crcbidreceiving-receptiondesoffrescrc@ised-isde.gc.ca to confirm their attendance; no later than one (1) working days prior to the Site Visit. Photo identification is required for access onto campus grounds. Instructions with regards to signing in and entering the Campus related to COVID19 safety precautions will be forwarded to bidders upon receipt of their confirmation to attend the aforementioned job showing.
