Credit Facility RFP 2026-D&TM-CF Closing Date: 07/09/2026 12:00:00 PM PT Detail: The City of San José is seeking to establish a commercial paper (“CP”) program, or to continue with a $200 million revolving line of credit which performs similarly to a CP program (collectively, the “Financing Program”). The short-term Financing Program will refinance the outstanding Subordinate Revolving Notes and provide interim financing for the San José-Santa Clara Regional Wastewater Facility’s capital improvement program and other costs related to the system.
