We request offerors to utilize the Price Schedule to fill in your pricing for all line items needed. Terms and Conditions, EULA, or MSAs must be sent with your quote to be incorporated in the subsequent contract award, the FDIC prefers Government approved terms. See section M of the RFQ for Evaluation Criteria.
Each submission should have these components (preferably separated):
- Price Schedule or Quote – Vendors must complete the attached pricing schedule, or the proposal will be rejected.
- Section K of the RFQ – Representation and Certifications
- EULA or MSAs Or Warranty Terms – Any terms and conditions
- Pre-Award SCRM Information (if applicable)
- Letter of Authorization from manufacturer
- Proposed GSA Schedule Contract or NASA SEWP Contract (If Applicable)
