The Securities and Exchange Commission is seeking a subscription to a commercial-off-the-shelf web-based platform to support market monitoring of blockchain technology, cryptoasset investment vehicles, cryptoasset infrastructure, and initial coin offerings. This procurement, identified by solicitation number 50310218Q0107, is intended for exclusive SEC use and requires a solution that provides specific data fields, historical data access, and defined update frequencies. The contract structure consists of a 12-month base period followed by four 12-month option periods. The SEC explicitly mandates that responses be limited to companies with an existing platform that meets all technical and data requirements. Proposals involving the development of a new solution or the customization of a platform to acquire necessary data will not be accepted. Amendment 1 was issued to provide official responses to vendor questions, clarifying that this is a new requirement and reaffirming that the agency believes existing COTS products are available to meet all specified needs.
