The period of performance for this effort is one base year beginning 10/01/2015 through 09/30/2016. This notice of intent is neither a request for quotes nor a solicitation of offers. The authority for negotiating on a sole source bases is made under FAR 13.106-1. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541519.
