CSP RFP – RELLIS Water Well – Texas A&M University

The Texas A&M University System Office of Facilities Planning and Construction is seeking proposals through a Competitive Sealed Proposal process for the RELLIS Water Tower project in Bryan, Texas. This infrastructure project involves the installation of a new domestic water well approximately 3,200 feet deep, capable of providing up to 1,934 ac-ft of water annually at a rate of 2,800 gallons per minute. The scope of work includes the construction of a water transmission main, a cooling tower, and a 500,000-gallon ground storage tank facility. The ground storage tank will be integrated with a previously approved 1-million-gallon elevated storage tank to ensure a reliable water supply for the campus.
