WSSC Water is soliciting bids for Fire Flow Testing Services to support the planning, locating, inspection, and testing of approximately 46,000 fire hydrants and associated water distribution components across various pressure zones in Maryland. The scope of work includes performing fire flow tests, hydrant and valve inspections, managing water shutdowns, and implementing traffic control for residential, county, and state roads. The contract is structured with a one-year base term and four optional one-year extensions.
