THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL - THIS IS A NOTICE OF THE GOVERNMENT'S INTENT TO ISSUE A SOLE SOURCE (BRIDGE CONRTRACT) AWARD TO ASHLIN MANAGEMENT GROUP, INC. 6301 IVY LANE SUITE 812 GREENBELT MD 20770 TO PROVIDE CAREER TECHNICAL TRAINING (CTT) CREDENTIALS/CERTIFICATIONS AND NEW CTT TRAINING OFFERINGS TO THE NATIONAL OFFICE OF JOB CORPS IN ORDER TO CONTINUE THE DEVELOPMENT OF JOB CORPS' STUDENT TRAINING PROGRAM, INCORPORATING STANDARDS-BASED EDUCATION AND TRAINING APPROACHES, AND ENSURE STUDENT TRAINING RESPONDS TO CHANGING WORKPLACE NEEDS. THE OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE SUPPORT IS TO IMPROVE PLACEMENTS OF JOB CORPS STUDENT COMPLETERS The Bridge contract will allow the continuation of services for the development of Job Corps' student training program, incorporating standards-based education and training approaches, and will ensure student training responds to changing workplace needs. Services will include standards development, support with offering CTT credentials and certifications and CTT training offerings, curriculum development, instructional support, student training assessments, maintenance of automated systems, programmatic guidance, performance monitoring, management of contract work, and training and technical support. The period of performance for this action is one 2-month base period and two 2-month option periods; for a potential total six(6) months period of performance. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 624310; which has a size standard of $11 Million. The statutory authority for this non-competitive action is Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1 "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This is a sole source notice published for informational purposes only and not a request for competitive proposals. Therefore, no solicitation document exists for this requirement However, all responsible parties interested in responding to this notice are invited to submit a capability statement by 5:00pm (ET), 11/10/2021, that provides sufficient details for consideration to the government via email to: pickard.valerie.s@dol.gov. The determination not to compete the contract based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Phone calls will not be accepted in response to this notice. All information submitted should support the offeror's capability to provide the items required, and shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. Responses must be in writing and must provide clear and concise documentation indicating an offeror's bona fide capability to provide these services. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered. The Government reserves the right to cancel this requirement.
