Defence Construction Canada – Request for Abbreviated Proposals (RFAP) for Cultural and Archaeological Assessment and Monitoring Services: KN23SL01, Cultural and Archaeological Assessment and Monitoring Services Source List at Canadian Forces Base (CFB) Kingston, Royal Military College (RMC), Fort Frontenac, and Various Sites Throughout Ontario
Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for abbreviated proposals from consulting firms to establish a Source List (SL) to provide “as and when required” professional services specific to Department of National Defence (DND) for the location(s) mentioned above.
Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the RFAP.
The SL will be established with 2 (two) firms for a period of three (3) years with a maximum estimated value of $ 750,000. Commissions under the SL are expected to be valued between $ 5,000 and $ 40,000; the maximum value of a commission $ 350,000. Refer to the RFP document for additional information.
Firms that consider themselves qualified to provide these services are invited to submit their Abbreviated Proposals through the MERX Electronic Bidding System on or before the closing date and time indicated on the Electronic Bidding System.
