CURED-IN-PLACE LINED CONCRETE SEWER PIPE ENGINEERING SERVICES

The City of Phoenix, through its Design and Construction Procurement section, is seeking a qualified consultant under solicitation WS90500271 to provide engineering services for the rehabilitation of large diameter sanitary sewer pipelines and manholes. The project focuses on infrastructure identified as NASSCO Grade 4 and Grade 5, covering approximately 25 pipe segments totaling over 5,670 feet and 56 manholes. The scope of work includes comprehensive design services, such as evaluating existing data and proposing Cured-In-Place pipeline repair methods, as well as construction administration and inspection services. Key deliverables include project documents at 90 percent and 100 percent completion, cost estimates, and detailed field inspection reports. Selection will be based on a qualifications-based process, evaluating Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) and reference checks. To be eligible, consultants must provide a project team with specific expertise, including inspectors with OSHA trenching, excavation, and confined space certifications, and a National Association of Corrosion Engineers Level III inspector for manhole coating inspections. The use of the UNIFIER project management database may also be required.
