Full Description
All work under this contract shall be completed within 122 Working Days from the Notice to Proceed effective date. The District shall assess Liquidated Damages in the amount of $500 per Working Day for delays in completion of the project.
The District will conduct an optional pre-bid conference/job walk on Wednesday, May 6, 2026 at 10:00 AM PST. Location for meeting will be Location 15 at 10230 Yoshino Pl, Cupertino, CA 95014. Please RSVP with the District at (408) 253-7071. The optional pre-bid conference/job walk is estimated to last approximately 3 hours.
