The purpose of this amendment is to:
1. Incorporate the questions and answers.
2. Incorporate revised attachment: Attachment D_SLS-370-691A R2 and SLS-370-692A R2 Spec_RV1
3. All other items remain unchanged.
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with the Format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued.
The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2026-01 dated March 01, 2026. This requirement is being solicited as a Total Small Business Set Aside using FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. The NAICS Code is 326291 – Rubber Product Manufacturing for Mechanical Use with a small business size standard of 750 Employees. The solicitation number is 6923G526Q0041.

CONTRACT TYPE: This solicitation is a Request for Quote (RFQ) that will result in the award of a firm fixed price contract under FAR Part 12, subject to the availability of funds.
CONTRACT PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: The Contractor shall deliver all items to GLS Receiving Warehouse no later than 90 days after award.
