Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada (ISED) requires a firm specializing in customer experience and client-centred design to conduct annual and ad-hoc usability testing, ad-hoc requests for design input and A/B testing, and expanding on previous programs such as the cost evaluation and journey mapping. The testing will focus primarily on task completion but will also touch upon different aspects of the site and tools as applicable, for example, the user interface design, navigation paths, the information architecture, etc. The data collected will identify areas within each site where improvements are needed.
