This tender notice is to obtain pricing and service details for a professional services partner to assist BDC in its CRM Evolution project. Microsoft CRM Dynamics (version 8), one of the central pieces of BDC’s core banking ecosystem, will reach end of support in January 2026; only one more version is available for upgrade before clients are obliged to migrate to Microsoft’s cloud solution.? The current version has many business and IT pain points and lacks capabilities to enable BDC’s ambitions; a business case is under development to identify the main benefits that this transition can bring.? BDC wants to identify an experienced partner that will accompany it during this transition.?
