Solicitation 80NSSC26947036Q is a firm-fixed-price, small business set-aside procurement issued by the NASA Shared Services Center for heavy-duty pallet rack components to support warehousing at the Stennis Space Center in Mississippi. This is a materials-only procurement that strictly excludes all installation, assembly, anchoring services, and on-site labor. The required deliverables include 15 starter frames, 90 add-on frames, 210 beams, 630 galvanized wire decks, 60 steel column guards, and 960 concrete anchor bolts. All metal frames, beams, and guards must be finished in NASA Blue, while wire decks and anchors must retain their galvanized or zinc-plated finishes. Technical specifications require welded I-6 gauge steel with a load capacity of 6,800 pounds per beam pair, using ULINE as the reference brand. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management and submit quotes by October 22, 2026. The procurement is subject to various FAR and NFS clauses, including specific requirements for sustainable products, export control laws such as ITAR and EAR, and strict guidelines for the duty-free entry of foreign supplies.

BPA - Boxes and Packaging PSC 8115, 8135
Solicitation # N0017424SN0028
The Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division is seeking to establish Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) with small businesses to provide standard commercial supplies and services for boxes, cartons, crates, and bulk packaging materials under PSC codes 8115 and 8135 and NAICS 321920. These BPAs are intended for requirements that do not exceed the Simplified Acquisition Threshold, with competition occurring at the call level. Master BPAs will be awarded to vendors demonstrating technical merit and positive past performance, with the government intending to issue these agreements on a six-month rotation through June 2029. Interested offerors must provide a cover sheet with company details, documentation of capabilities, a price list, and at least three past performance references. Evaluation of past performance focuses on customer satisfaction, timeliness, technical success, program management, and quality, with ratings categorized as either acceptable or unacceptable. Vendors are required to maintain active accounts in the System for Award Management and the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment for invoicing and reporting. While the government previously established specific deadlines for June and December awards, a recent amendment has paused the rolling admissions process to explore automation enhancements for the interest and evaluation process.

AMENDMENT NO. 2: The purpose of this amendment is to provide clarification based on questions raised. 1. On the question on shelving length. The over-all length will be slightly longer per shelving unit than the 96 inch dimension due to the thickness of the uprights. What we are needing is 96 inches of useable shelf dimension to accommodate the number of boxes per shelf. Typically, this pallet racking type shelving uses starter units with uprights on both ends and then "add-on" units that have uprights on one end. These add no's attach to the ends of each other. We have allowed for the creep in length in the floor plan layout. Also, color is of no concern. 2. The Government needs to have the uprights fabricated to the specified height due to the 9 foot ceilings and the 18 inch setback for the overhead sprinklers. The height is 7 feet 4 inches. All other specifications/plans will remain the same.
