CY 2025 Contract Milling Program

The City of Davenport is soliciting bids for the CY 2025 Contract Milling Program, solicitation number 25-58, to perform scarification of asphalt, concrete, and composite pavements and the subsequent disposal of millings. The project is organized into 11 groups of streets, with work assigned via individual notices to proceed. While the contractor handles the milling and disposal, City crews will manage base preparation and resurfacing. Bids must be submitted exclusively through the City's e-bidding system by February 11, 2025, at 11:00 AM CT.
