Full Description
The Air Force Test Center (AFTC) is currently conducting market research to identify potential sources capable of providing Complete Cyber Security Kits, (brand name or equal) as outlined in the Statement of Objectives, dated 12 May 2026. The Government is seeking capability statements from all interested vendors. The required equipment shall be delivered to Eglin AFB, FL.
All interested vendors shall submit a capability statement demonstrating their ability to provide and deliver the required completed Cyber Security Kits to the Primary Point of Contact (POC) listed below.
Proposals and quotes are not being requested or accepted at this time. As stipulated in RFO 15.101(c), responses to this notice are not considered offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. No solicitation (Request for Quote) exists at this time; therefore, the Government will not honor requests for a solicitation package.
The decision to proceed with a formal solicitation remains solely within the Government's discretion. Information submitted in response to this Sources Sought notice is strictly voluntary. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government, and the Government will not reimburse any costs associated with the preparation or submission of data in response to this announcement. Respondents will not be individually notified regarding the results of the Government's assessment. However, the information received will be a primary factor in determining the final acquisition strategy specifically, whether a future solicitation will be conducted as full and open competition or as a set-aside for a specific small business program.
CAPABILITIES STATEMENT: All interested vendors shall submit a capabilities statement that explicitly demonstrates their capability to provide/perform the requirement stated in this notice. The capabilities statement should be brief and concise yet clearly demonstrate an ability to meet the stated requirement. Small businesses with only partial capabilities of this requirement are encouraged to submit their capabilities statement demonstrating the portion of the requirement they are capable of providing/performing. This information will allow the Government to identify areas of possible breakout or possible subcontracting opportunities.
