Cybersecurity & CUI Compliance Support

This contract supports compliance with NIST SP 800-171 requirements for the protection of Controlled Unclassified Information, ensuring that all systems and processes handling CUI meet federal cybersecurity standards. It includes comprehensive assistance with cyber incident reporting procedures, enabling timely notification and response to potential breaches or security events affecting CUI. The effort also encompasses enforcing flow-down obligations to subcontractors, requiring them to adhere to the same cybersecurity controls and reporting protocols as the prime contractor to maintain end-to-end compliance across the supply chain. All activities are conducted under the oversight of the Defense Logistics Agency, a Department of Defense entity, to safeguard sensitive information throughout operations involving CUI.
