The US International Development Finance Corporation (DFC), Office of Information Technology (OIT), requires other than full and open competition limited sources justification to establish a bridge contract. The current Cybersecurity Services contract extension OPIC-15-F-0028 (GS-35F-0590V) expires 4/11/21.
