Cybersecurity Compliance & NIST SP 800-171 Implementation

This contract entails comprehensive cybersecurity support to ensure compliance with NIST SP 800-171 requirements for the protection of Controlled Unclassified Information under DFARS clauses 252.204-7012 and 252.204-7020. The scope includes the implementation, documentation, and validation of security controls necessary to meet federal standards for handling CUI within defense supply chain environments. The contractor is responsible for facilitating System Security Plan development, conducting gap assessments, remediation planning, and preparing for SPRS assessments to achieve and maintain an accepted score that reflects full compliance. This work is performed as a subcontract under the Defense Logistics Agency, leveraging the North American Industry Classification System code 541512 for custom computer programming services, and is intended to support defense-related entities in meeting mandatory cybersecurity obligations. All activities must align with DoD expectations for continuous monitoring and improvement of cybersecurity posture in accordance with applicable regulatory frameworks.
