Cybersecurity Compliance and SPRS Reporting Support

This contract supports the implementation and maintenance of cybersecurity controls required under NIST SP 800-171 to protect Controlled Unclassified Information handled by the contracting entity. It encompasses comprehensive services to ensure compliance with federal cybersecurity standards, including the preparation and submission of SPRS assessments to evaluate and report organizational cybersecurity posture. The contractor will be responsible for managing cyber incident reporting procedures in accordance with FAR 52.204-21 and DODI 8500.01, ensuring timely notification and documentation of any security breaches involving CUI. Additionally, the contract includes active participation in audit responses, providing documentation, system evidence, and remediation plans to satisfy audits conducted by federal or defense agencies. All activities are performed under the authority of the Defense Logistics Agency, with performance tied to Department of Defense cybersecurity obligations, particularly where CUI is processed, stored, or transmitted.
