All security controls must be fully documented and ready for assessment at any time to demonstrate compliance. In addition to safeguard implementation, the contractor is responsible for developing and sustaining a cyber incident reporting capability that meets federal standards, ensuring timely notification and response to any breach or suspected compromise involving CUI. readiness for formal assessments is mandatory, requiring accurate records, continuous monitoring, and remediation processes for any identified gaps. Performance of all tasks must occur at the designated location in Virginia Beach, Virginia, under a subcontract arrangement governed by NAICS code 541512, and all deliverables must be completed prior to the response deadline of August 10, 2026.
