Solicitation SPE7LX19R0005 is a pre-solicitation for the acquisition of gas gun cylinders under NSN 1005015971170 to support military depots. The government is seeking a long-term, indefinite quantity contract with firm fixed pricing, consisting of a three-year base period and two one-year option periods for a total potential duration of five years. The estimated yearly quantity is 1,025 units, with shipping handled via FOB Origin under the First Destination Transportation program and inspection occurring at the destination. The procurement process may involve an anonymous online reverse auction to conduct price discussions, where final auction prices will serve as the final proposal revisions. While price is a significant factor, the final award decision will be based on a combination of price, delivery, and past performance. This requirement is open to full and open competition, and the government has determined that commercial item policies under FAR Part 12 do not apply. All offers must be submitted in English and US dollars.
