CYLINDER SLEEVE

The contract is for the procurement of 411 kits of cylinder sleeves, each kit containing a single unit identified by NSN 2815-01-271-9838 and part numbers 3802370 and 3907792 for Cummins Inc. and 2DR676 for Oshkosh Defense LLC, intended for use on Cummins Model C 6-cylinder inline 8.3-liter diesel engines. The items are to be delivered FOB origin within 168 days with zero tolerance on quantity variance, and inspection and acceptance occur at the destination. Packaging and preservation must strictly adhere to MIL-STD-2073-1E Appendix D for kits, with method of preservation code 31 applied to protect the most critical component within each kit.
