This is a notification that Naval Special Warfare Command (NSWC) intends to award a sole source, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to SSK Military Industries, Inc. (CAGE 3DLD5) under the authority cited in FAR Part 12. The ordering period is for five (5) years with annual reviews in place for performance standards. This sole source acquisition is being conducted under the authority of the simplified acquisition procedures for certain commercial items at 41 U.S.C. 1901, as implemented by FAR 12.201-1 for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source. The proposed action is for AirTec GmbH & Co. KG Safety Systems, Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), CYPRES-2 Automatic Activation Devices to match existing systems already in place. SSK Military Industries, Inc. is the exclusive authorized distributor of the Military CYPRES for United States sales. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334511 with a size standard of 1,350 Employees.

The contractor identified is the only known source for the subject requirement. Responses to this notification will be used to determine if bonafide competition exists. Any such responses must be in writing and include technical capability information, which shall demonstrate contractor’s ability to complete effort within required time. The Government will not pay for information submitted.



All responses from responsible sources will be fully considered. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement action, based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. All responses must be received no later than 1000 AM EST, 03 August 2026. Verification of receipt of electronic transmission is the sole responsibility of the contractor. If no valid responses are received, an award shall be made to SSK Military Industries, Inc.
