Full Description

The U.S. Army Special Operations Command, Fort Bragg, North Carolina intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with SSK Military Industries, Inc., under the authority 10 U.S.C 2304 (c)(1) implemented by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), Only One Responsible Source and No other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirement. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The items to be purchased are: Supplies/Service Cybernetic Parachute Release Systems, Cypres 2, 1 Pin, 1000/35A Quantity 45 Unit of Issue Each SSK Military Industries, Inc., Lebanon, OH 45036-1415 is the only authorized distributor of the Military CYPRES for United States sales. Any other responsible vendor believing they have the capability of meeting the requirement may submit their capabilities to include technical documentation to establish the potential of meeting the Government's need. To be considered, any such documentation shall be submitted in writing by 09 April 2021 at 10:00 a.m. EST. Extensions will not be granted. A determination not to compete the proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not bona fide competition exists. The applicable NAICS code is 334419. The Government will not pay for any information submitted. Electronic submissions will be accepted.
