The Naval Special Warfare Development Group (NSWDG) intends to award a sole source firm fixed price contract (FFP) to SSK Military Industries, 1008 Monroe Road, Lebanon, OH, 45036 for the procurement of Cypress 2 military 1 pin 1500, 1000 and 2500 foot parachute safety devices. Statutory authority: FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source Can Satisfy Agency Requirements. Per NAVSEAINST 13512.1M the Cypress-2 AAD 1 pin parachute safety devices are the only authorized system for use by NSWDG.
