This notice serves to announce the 81st Contracting Squadron intends to award a sole source contract for Life Technologies Reagent Kits for the Keesler Medical Center located at Keesler Air Force Base, MS. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is based upon responses to the Sources Sought Announcement, issued on 23 February 2017, titled CytoScan HD Array & Reagent Kit with Solicitation # FA3010CGH_Kits. The approved Justification and Approval (J&A) for Other Than Full and Open Competition is attached to this notice. The applicable NAICS code for this acquisition is 325413 (In-Vitro Diagnostic Substance Manufacturing) and the size standard is 1,250 employees. This acquisition will be solicited as a commercial item using FAR 12 procedures.
