This synopsis shall serve as the U.S. Coast Guard Uniform Distribution Centers notice of intent to issue an order to Tech Systems Inc.for the programming, customization, and installation of their Webstore module to our existing inventory control system, Integrasoft. This is a sole source procurement to Tech Systems Inc. since they are the manufacturer and publisher of Integrasoft and no other vendor can provide that service. A solicitation does not exist and responses to this notice are not anticipated.
