The Army Contracting Command - National Capital Region (ACC-NCR), on behalf of the US Army Legal Services Agency, Information Technology Division, Office of the Judge Advocate General intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of FAR 8.405-6, limited sources justification to Carahsoft Technology Corporation, 12369 Sunrise Valley Drive, Reston, VA 20191. Carahsoft will provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials and other non-personal services necessary to provide annual licensing and maintenance to existing Clearwell hardware and software to complete an ITES-2H solution in accordance with task order W91QUZ-07-D-0011-F729. This action will result in a Firm Fixed-Price contract with a period of performance of one year from the date of award. The NAICS code for this requirement is 423430 with a size standard of 100 employees. This Notice of Intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive proposals.
