This synopsis shall serve as the U.S. Coast Guard Uniform Distribution Centers notice of intent to issue an order to ExecuData for the installation, customization, configuration, and training of the Webstore module to our existing inventory control system, Integrasoft. This is a sole source procurement to ExecuData since they are the only authorized distributor of Integrasoft in the area and have performed many upgrades, configurations, customizations, and have the hands-on knowledge and past experiences with regards to the Uniform Distribution Centers inventory control system, Integrasoft, and no other vendor can provide that service. A solicitation does not exist and responses to this notice are not anticipated.
