This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W912LN-12-T-0009 is hereby issued as a Request For Quote (RFQ). The RFQ and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 05-41. This RFQ is issued as a Total Small Business Set-aside. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 517110 with a business size standard of 1500 employees. NOTE: Service on this requirement to begin on or about 15 September 2012. Firm Fixed Price Quotes are being solicited for the following: Minimum 10 Meg Symmetrical Dedicated Internet Ethernet connection; Priority Technical Support; Dynamic and Static IP Addresses. Period of performance shall be a base award from award date for 12 months, followed by up to 4 option years. Pricing must be listed as Base year and price per year for each option year.
