The 38 Engineering Installation Group is seeking a local exchange service provider certified by the Texas PUC to provide non-personal local commercial communication services for 367 RCS Colorado Springs at various Texas sites, including Odessa, Midland, Amarillo, Lubbock, and El Paso. This five-year contract, identified by solicitation FA8773-07-R-0034, covers a period of performance from November 26, 2007, to November 25, 2012.
