D--Maintenance service for four (4) Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS)

BACKGROUND: The purpose of this acquisition is to provide maintenance service for four (4) Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS). REQUIREMENTS: The Contractor shall provide all management, one dedicated technician, labor, vehicles, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision, technical upgrades and other items and services, including spare parts (including condensers and fans), except batteries, necessary to perform maintenance service of UPS. These items are located at AFN Vicenza, AFN Gricignano d'Aversa (Caserta), and AFN NAS Sigonella (Catania). The Government contemplates to establish a firm fixed price contract for one (1) base year and four (4) option years. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 335999. SUBMITTAL INFORMATION: It is requested that interested vendors submit to the contracting office a brief capabilities statement package demonstrating ability to perform the services listed above. In order to deem the vendors' responsibility, such package shall include the following documentation: 1. Certificato Camera di Commercio (Certificate of the Chamber of Commerce) NOT older than six (6) months at the time set forth for the receipt of the source sought inquiry. Self-certifications are NOT allowed. The business purpose (oggetto sociale) should include but is not limited to: Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) technician/ tecnico sistemi UPS. 2. SAM Registration. In order to register on SAM website ( https://www.sam.gov ), vendors must have a DUNS number ( obtainable on http://dbitaly.dnb.com ) and a NATO code (obtainable www.dlis.dla.mil/forms/form_AC135.asp). The successful offeror to be awarded this contract MUST be currently registered in the SAM database. NOTE: If the decision is made to issue a Solicitation for this requirement, additional information regarding the Performance of Work will accompany the solicitation.
