This solicitation is for medical database journal that are listed below from, the solicitation number is VA247-14-Q-1357_1, and this solicitation is a Request for Quote (RFQ). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is a 511120 with a small business size standard. Quotes shall be evaluated on the basis of Lowest Price Technically Acceptable criteria. Shipping shall be by F.O.B. Destination.
