D--Notice of Intent to Sole Source

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service plans to award a sole source, firm fixed-price contract to Situation Awareness Systems LLC in Reno, Nevada, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, which allows for other than full and open competition. This contract focuses on the research and development of several key components to enhance the multi-camera sensor array system for the Division of Migratory Bird Management (DMBM).
