MDU Enterprises Inc. is the sole provider and direct affiliate and hardware owner for the current satellite service contract. This sole source requirement meets the conditions of FAR 6.302-1; only one responsible source has been identified as reasonably available to provide the service that will satisfy the agency requirements.
